Training

Every set shapes the next session.

Log your sets and Arrow carries them forward. Top out your rep range and the next session's target moves up, so you always know what to lift.

Nutrition

Meals scored against your training.

Snap a photo of what you eat. Arrow scores it against the session you just finished, so you know whether you fed the work.

Recovery

Recovery decides when you train.

Arrow tracks how recently each muscle worked and how long it needs. Some days the plan is rest, and it tells you exactly why.

Body weight

Your trend steers your target.

Single weigh-ins swing with water and salt. Arrow follows the trend, checks it against what you ate, and adjusts your calorie target when the two disagree.

Arrow Score

One number for all of it.

The Arrow Score combines your strength, nutrition and consistency, weighted for your goal. It shows whether the whole system is moving, and the coach tells you which part to push next.

Questions

Arrow, in short.

Does Arrow track workouts and macros in one app?
Yes. Arrow logs your lifts (routines, rest timer, dropsets, PRs and per-exercise history) and your food (photo scan, text or voice description, barcode and a food database) in one app, with one bodyweight that both use.
How does Arrow set my calorie target?
It starts from your profile and goal, then adapts. At each check-in Arrow compares how your trend weight actually moved with what your logged intake predicted, and adjusts your target by a small, capped amount when the two disagree. Single weigh-ins don't move it.
What is the Arrow Score?
One number that combines your strength, nutrition and consistency, weighted for your goal. It shows whether the whole plan is moving, and the coach tells you which part to work on next.
How much does Arrow cost?
Arrow is $34.99 a year on the annual plan, with a 7-day free trial. A subscription is required after the trial.
